Payment

Payment

Sadly, experience in the past has shown that chasing overdue payments is too time consuming and so it is now company policy to request payment before the goods are released. Payment is required on collection. If the item is to be posted then a pro-forma invoice will be raised and sent to the customer. Payment must be received before we send the item out. Payment may be by any of the following means:
Cash: But for customers collecting goods only - please do not send cash through the post.
Cheque: We will require five days to allow clearance before releasing the goods.
Bank Transfer: This is the preferred option for UK customers. If overseas customers wish to pay by bank transfer please email for details of our IBAN and BIC numbers.
Credit/Debit Card: Please add 3.5% to cover charges and phone with your card details.
PayPal: Please add 3.5% to cover charges. This is the preferred option for overseas customers as it seems to be the cheapest method of converting currency.

Full details of how payments can be made will be on the pro forma invoice
In all cases payment must be in GBP (pounds sterling)
