Regrettably, The Magneto Guys have had to make the hard decision to stop taking in any more magnetos for repair and overhaul at the current time.
The situation is that magnetos have been coming in quicker than they have been going out for quite a while now and the queue of work waiting to be done has grown too big. If your magneto is already in our queue, rest assured, we are still very much in business and as soon as it reaches the top of the queue, your magneto will be completed! We are still able to answer your telephone and email enquiries and we continue to sell the items listed on our Sales
page. Once the queue has reached a more manageable size we hope to be able to take in more magnetos again. We apologise for any inconvenience in the meantime.

We are based near Eastbourne on the south coast of England. We have deliberately not given our full address because we want you to contact us first for two reasons:
1: If travelling we can make sure someone is available to see you - we don't want you to have a wasted journey. Visitors are always very welcome but we do need to know when they are coming!
2: If sending a parcel we can make sure we have already spoken to you about it and discussed what needs to be done and how long it is likely to take. If we can't meet your requirements it's better that you know straight away - and certainly before sending us your magneto!
Please be aware that we are predominantly a workshop based business and as such will not be sitting in front of the computer during the day! We deal with email enquiries as quickly as we can but it may take a day or two before responding. If your enquiry is urgent please phone us.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR USERS WITH GMAIL ACCOUNTS
Please be aware that we are having problems responding to anyone making contact via a GMAIL email account. Any response we make is returned as undeliverable as GMAIL consider anything coming from our email provider to be spam! Our provider is aware of the problem and is working to resolve it. In the meantime, please contact us by phone.
