When sending us your magneto ......
PLEASE! - PLEASE! - PLEASE!
.....make sure that you use adequate packing. We have often received items which have been damaged in transit because of inadequate packing........

When we report back to the owner, we are usually asked to repair or replace the damaged part. Sounds simple enough but usually means a prolonged search and often results in buying in a repro part from the other side of the world! Time consuming, expensive and the new part rarely as good as the original. Packing a magneto in a jiffy bag is not a good idea but it has happened........

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As well as the magneto or dynamo, please supply us with the following information:
Your name: so we know who we are talking to
Your email address: so we can let you know it has arrived
Your phone number: so we can contact you with any questions we may have
Your address: so we can send it back
Direction of rotation: so we can get it working the right way round. Direction of rotation is always described as seen from the drive end
Polarity (magdynos only): so we can make sure it generates correctly
Your instructions: so we can meet your exact requirements
