We strongly recommend you to cover your items for loss or damage
We use www.Parcel2Go.com for our deliveries. They offer a quick and easy service which includes:
- choice of courier: all the well known courier companies are available
- pick up: no need to take a trip to the post office
- next day delivery (in the UK): slower services are available for lower rates
- parcel tracking: see exactly where your parcel is and confirm when it has been delivered
- easy payment: including credit/debit cards and PayPal
INSURANCE
Whilst all the couriers always do their best to ensure your parcel arrives at it's destination safely and on time, occasionally accidents do happen. In this case it's always good to know your order is fully covered.
When we send a parcel to you, our standard post and packing charge includes insurance cover for values up to a maximum of £20-£50 (varies depending on where it is being sent which, in turn, determines the courier we use). Most parcels we send out are worth considerably more than that figure. Increased cover can be purchased above the standard cover up to a maximum value of £2500. Only you, the owner, can put a value on your magneto or dynamo and we are happy to insure it to your value.

IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO TAKE THE INSURANCE, YOU TAKE THE RISK
Full insurance is available at an extra cost of £3 per £50 of value. If you wish to have your items insured for their true value, please follow these steps:
1. Decide on the value rounded to the nearest £50. (As an example, say £450)
2. Divide this figure by 50 (£450/£50 = 9) and multiply the result by £3 (9 x £3 = £27). This is the cost of your extra insurance.
3. Add this amount to the total given on your invoice and make your payment. We will provide an updated invoice with the delivered parcel.
