PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY NEW SPARE PARTS

Here at The Magneto Guys, we see no point in manufacturing the same parts that others are already providing so when we need new parts that are readily available and, importantly,  that fit and work satisfactorily, then we buy them in. We are not really a retail operation so do not sell them on - it makes sense for you to buy them from the same people we buy them from.....
That said, if no-one else is manufacturing something we feel would be in demand we are happy to look into what might be involved in making it available. This section includes those products we have designed and now manufacture ourselves plus some products which we have arranged to be manufactured for us by others.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR OUR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS


The rules for posting overseas have changed and as a result we have temporarily stopped offering our products to overseas customers. Apologies for this but we will be working on the website to cater for the new methods required by Royal Mail. Watch this space!


PLEASE NOTE: The prices shown on the 'Buy now' buttons for each of our products includes post and packing charges. It does now cost significantly more to send items overseas compared to the cost of posting within the UK. Although it may appear that our overseas customers are charged more for our products, the cost of the product itself remains the same for everyone. The difference in overall costs between UK and overseas sales is entirely due to the difference in postage and packing costs. 


Customs duties  

With all overseas sales it is possible that your country will impose custom duty and/or VAT. This now includes all EU countries as the UK is no longer part of the European Union. The amount to be paid, if anything, is determined by your own country’s authorities. Because of this, it varies from country to country and is obviously completely out of our control. For most countries, any payment due is paid by the receiver. For customers from the USA, these duties (tariffs) must now be paid by the senders (us) and will be collected by our carriers (Royal Mail).

For this reason, we would ask USA customers NOT to use the 'Buy now' button but to send us an email instead. The email needs to detail:

the item(s) required

name and delivery address

telephone number (required by Royal Mail when booking the parcel)

We can then calculate the tariff charge with Royal Mail's handling charge and create a proforma invoice. This will detail total costs and details of how to pay if you wish to go ahead with the purchase.

 

Delivery times

The Magneto Guys currently use the  Royal Mail 'International Tracked' service for overseas sales. We will provide them with your email address and you will automatically receive updated tracking information via email.
